Orders are usually delivered within a couple of days after orders are received, with busy days or peak seasons (e.g Spring), sometimes taking a few additional days for delivery.

Once your order is ready for shipment we will contact you prior to advise on your estimated delivery day and time.

On your delivery day our driver will call you half an hour prior to delivery.

For most deliveries, the plants will be placed in the front garden in a safe and secure location. For advanced-size plants, we will arrange for curb-side delivery.

Please note that unfortunately drivers will not enter into apartment buildings. For additional delivery information please contact us on orders@impressiveplants.com

Our plants cannot be viewed in person, as we minimise our costs by not having a physical retail shop.

For standard delivery in our Metro Melbourne zones, delivery is $77.00

For Advanced 70ltr, 90ltr and 100ltr Pots, delivery is charged at $150.

Bulk Quantities, Commercial projects or Regional/Interstate deliveries please get in touch for a custom delivery quote.

Regional Victoria delivery starts from $150 with interstate orders starting from $300 and are subject to current fuel pricing.

Yes, we can deliver to regional Victoria customers. We work with trusted plant transport companies who deliver to most larger regional areas throughout Victoria.

Interstate deliveries are subject to horticultural regulations, which means not every plant variety can be transported across state borders. Most varieties can be transported to New South Wales, Canberra and South Australia, however availability can vary depending on the plant and destination.

Unfortunately, we do not currently supply plants to Western Australia, the Northern Territory, Queensland or Tasmania.

If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your area or whether a particular plant can be transported interstate, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to check for you.

For most deliveries, orders are placed in your front garden, in a safe and secure location.

Please note that due to insurance purposes our drivers unfortunately can not enter into apartment buildings. 

We try our hardest to ensure that most orders will arrive in one delivery, however if you are ordering a specialty item such as a Japanese Maple, this may arrive separately from one of our specialty growers.

This gives you the best plants from the best growers. If your order will arrive in a split delivery, this will be communicated to your prior to delivery so you know what to expect.

You can purchase directly online via checkout or if you submit request we will send you an invoice via email, and you can choose from various payment options, including bank transfers, PayPal, and credit card.

Our photos are regularly updated to reflect the current availability of our plants, including their heights, sizes and prices. As plants are living, growing products, our stock turns over regularly and their appearance can naturally change with the seasons.

If you require additional photos or confirmation of current plant heights, we are always happy to provide you with the information you need to make a confident purchase.

Please note that if you are purchasing a deciduous plant, photos may show plants with their foliage, even when the plant is currently dormant or has lost its leaves. As with all living plants, each one is unique and may vary slightly from the images shown.

While our office is located in the heart of Melbourne in Hawthorn, many of our customers are looking for a nursery nearby. Impressive Plants is an online nursery.

We are able to delivery plants throughout Metro Melbourne suburbs, as well as Regional Victoria and some interstate locations.
