How much does delivery cost?
We offer delivery to all Metro Melbourne suburbs for $77.
For bulk quantities. commercial projects or 100ltr pots, please submit a quote for a custom delivery price.
Can I see the plants in person?
Impressive Plants is an online nursery, our plants cannot be viewed in person. We deliver directly from our premium growers to your front door to ensure the highest quality, mature plants at great prices. By not having a physical retail store, we minimize our costs, and we pass these savings on to our customers.
How long until I receive my order?
Plants are usually delivered within a couple of days after being ordered. During busy days or peak seasons (usually spring), it may take a couple of additional days for delivery. We will let you know the exact delivery date, and even before the day of delivery, we will let you know the estimated time of delivery. The driver will call you half an hour prior to delivery. For most deliveries, the plants will be placed in the front garden in a safe and secure location. For advanced-size plants, we will arrange for curbside delivery.
How do I pay for my order?
If items are currently in stock, simply add them to your cart and check out with PayPal. Custom orders will be sent an invoice via email. Payments can be made via transfer or credit card over the phone.
Can I order if I am in regional Victoria or Interstate?
Yes, you can! For regional deliveries, we use a professional plant transportation company. We can also arrange deliveries to New South Wales and South Australia. However, please note that different states have various horticultural laws and it is important to ensure that the plant you select is appropriate for your state's guidelines. Interstate delivery prices start from $250. Please supply your suburb for a delivery quote.
Will the plants look like the photos?
Our photos are regularly updated to reflect the current availability of plants, their heights, sizes, and prices. If you require additional photos or confirmation of plant heights, we are always available to provide you with the information you need to make a confident purchase. Please understand if you are purchasing a deciduous plant during Winter, the photos will show plants with their foliage.
