If, at the time of delivery, you either receive a product that is damaged or has any sort of quality issue, you don’t need to panic. All you have to do is contact us, and we will guide you further. Commonly, you will be asked to take the pictures at the time of delivery and send them to us via email.

We will either replace the damaged plant or refund the amount completely, whichever option feels convenient for you. We work for your convenience and place emphasis on quality products, so whenever any of these scenarios arise, it will be on us.
