Orders are usually delivered within a couple of days. With peak seasons (e.g Spring and pre-Christmas), please allow a few additional days for delivery.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you with a delivery date. You will be notified of an approximate time the day prior.
On your delivery day the driver will call you half an hour prior to delivery.
For most deliveries, the plants will be placed in the front garden in a safe and secure location. For advanced-size plants, we will arrange for curb-side delivery.
Please note that unfortunately drivers will not enter into apartment buildings.
