Please be advised that quotes provided are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. As availability can change frequently, particularly during peak periods like spring and autumn, we highly recommend contacting our staff within this timeframe to confirm product availability.

AVAILABILITY

At Impressive Plants, we strive to keep our website information up-to-date. Items listed as "in stock" are done in good faith and are updated frequently. However, given the nature of our online nursery, where stock is held with growing partners, availability may change frequently.

For any items requiring stock verification prior to delivery, they will be listed as "add to quote." This ensures that we check the current availability with our growing partners to provide you with the most accurate information.

As an online nursery, we don't maintain a physical inventory but work closely with our growing partners to deliver high-quality plants directly to you. If you have any questions or need further clarification, our team is here to assist you.

DELIVERY POLICY

At Impressive Plants, we aim to provide a seamless and efficient delivery experience for your orders. Here are some key points to keep in mind:

Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within a week from the time of placement. If there is any anticipated delay beyond this timeframe, our team will promptly notify you.

Specific Delivery Dates: While requests for specific delivery dates are welcomed, most deliveries are organized by location areas for efficiency.

Delivery Personnel: Your orders will often be delivered by the growers themselves, minimizing the handling of plants and reducing the risk of damage. In some cases, deliveries may be facilitated through our trusted professional plant transportation partners.

Advanced Stock: Advanced stock deliveries are curb-side due to accessibility of the truck.

Placement of Smaller Plants: Smaller plants will be placed as close to your house or garden as possible, depending on access to your property.

Delivery in Your Absence: If you won't be home during the delivery, you can request a safe place for the drivers to leave your plants. Photographic evidence can be provided upon request. Please note that Impressive Plants does not hold responsibility for missing stock after a successful delivery.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY
